Understanding Teen Anxiety and Depression: What Families Need to Know (MCPS)

This workshop will help you learn how to identify anxiety and depression in your child, gain a brain-based understanding of anxiety and depression in youth, identify treatments that are supported by scientific research as most effective, and get tangible tips for supporting your child so they can thrive.

Presented by a licensed clinical psychologist.

Recommended for families of middle and high school students.
