Adult Services And Supports: An Overview of The Montgomery College Educational Opportunity Center (MCPS Parent Academy) – VIRTUAL

Are you 19 years of age or older? Want help in achieving your educational and career goals? EOC provides assistance to Montgomery County low-income/first generation adult residents who wish to enter or re-enter college or a vocational program. The program provides assistance with completing the FAFSA application and other financial aid forms, searching and applying for state, institutional and private scholarships, admissions applications, and career assessment/exploration. The Montgomery College Educational Opportunity Center (EOC) will guide participants through enrollment in English as a Second Language programs, GED preparation programs, and technical/training programs. All services are offered in English and Spanish. To be eligible for the program, you must be a Montgomery County resident who is a US Citizen, permanent resident, refugee or have approval for asylum.
This workshop is for families and caregivers who are 19 years of age or older.
