3rd Annual BOND Summit: The Impact of Male Teachers of Color in Schools (MCPS & The BOND Project)

The Building Our Network of Diversity (BOND) Project is a Montgomery County Public School’s (MCPS) grassroots initiative focused on the recruitment, development, retention, and empowerment of male educators of color. We are hosting a rich and meaningful public conversation about workforce diversity, with a particular focus on the impact of male educators of color on male students of color. Come and learn about the research, programs, and experiences around this issue and how male educators of color seek to provide windows and mirrors for ALL students. Light dinner will be served.
